About 1620 Restaurant

Chef and owner Evette Brady received much of her practical training from her mother Olivia Brady, who was a caterer in Little Rock. After culinary school Evette worked at the premier restaurant in town, Jaques & Susanne’s, where she formed a strong relationship with owner Ed Moore and executive chef Paul Bash. This relationship was the foundation for what is 1620 Restaurant. 

The goal of Evette and her staff is to bring you the finest foods served in a unique style that makes your dining experience special.

1620 Restaurant is open for regular service Monday through Thursday from 5:30p.m. until 9:00p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 5:30p.m. until 9:30p.m.  Reservations are accepted, but not required.
